Christmas Cooking

Come to Tim, Imogen and Joel's house and learn how to bake shortbread and other sweet Christmas food. Or if you don't like cooking then play basketball or soccer in the nearby park with Chris. Or play with little Joel in his sandpit. We'll finish with a backyard barbecue dinner at 5 pm.

Picnic

Melbourne Botanical Gardens are very beautiful, and a cool and shady place to be on a hot day. Come and join us for an Australian-style picnic. (That means no rice or hot food, but it will still be yummy!) After lunch we can play frisbee or go and visit the Shrine of Remembrance to learn about Australia's role in various wars, and to get a great view of the city from the top.

We’ll buy fish and chips to eat on the beach, then we can swim, play soccer or cricket on the sand, go for a short bushwalk to get a great view over the coastline and hopefully see a few kangaroos or just sit on the beach and relax! Lots of fun and time with friends in a magnificent part of the world.
